| Cancellations & Refund Terms & Conditions
Trips are subject to cancellation by RIPTIDE SPORTFISHING due to unfavorable weather
conditions, insufficient sign-ups, or acts of God.
Exclusive charter reservations are held with a 50% deposit. Advance deposits for
individual reservations may be required during peak booking periods at the discretion of
RIPTIDE SPORTFISHING. Refunds are only made if the trip is cancelled by the operator.
Charter refunds may be made if the group cancels ten days in advance and we are able to
replace the booking with another group. For individuals the cancellation policy is 72 hours
before departure. Should a trip be cancelled after departing the dock, RIPTIDE
SPORTFISHING will provide a 50% refund when the return is within 1 hour for half day
trips; and 2 hours for full day trips. Passengers paying cash will receive their refund at
the time of return to the dock. Passengers paying with a check will receive there refund
by return mail.
